House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.), who chairs the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, asked three of the nation’s top public health experts Friday why Europe was able to contain the virus while the U.S. has not.

Somebody please tell Congressman Clyburn, who doesn’t have a clue, that the chart he put up indicating more CASES for the U.S. than Europe, is because we do MUCH MORE testing than any other country in the World,” Trump tweeted as the hearing was going on.

The president has long suggested that the country’s successful testing system is the reason why so many cases are being reported, even as rates of positive results have also increased in states seeing spikes.

“If we had no testing, or bad testing, we would show very few CASES,” Trump added. “Our massive testing capability, rather than being praised, is used by the Lamestream Media and their partner, the Do Nothing Radical Left Democrats, as a point of scorn. This testing, and what we have so quickly done, is used as a Fake News weapon. Sad!”

Fauci, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Robert Redfield and COVID-19 testing czar Adm. Brett Giroir all gave testimony on the administration’s COVID-19 response before the House’s special subcommittee on the coronavirus on Friday morning.
